Jewelry Returns:

We accept return requests within 15 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original packaging

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

We also cannot accept returns if:

• You ordered the wrong size.

• The item wasn't what you expected.

• The item has been damaged through wear and tear.

• The item was purchased as a sale item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, is faulty due to a manufacturing/makers issue, or you've received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Natural stones & shells can chip or break if dropped, knocked, or through everyday wear. Unfortunately, this is not considered a manufacturing fault and isn't covered under our returns policy. Please message me if something does happen and I can see if I can replace the shell.

Our Quality Promise

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery.

If your piece develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, please get in touch with us by email. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll assess the piece to determine the best solution, whether that's a repair, replacement, or another appropriate outcome.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take a little longer to complete the transaction.
